The sound-insulating casing is placed around a machine that presses the inside of a radiator (stove) into the desired shape, while the pressed plates are cut to the correct length at the same time. These operations together result in a total noise level of 94 dB(A). After installing the housing, the noise level does not exceed 80 dB(A).
For the maintenance of this complex machine, a number of hatches and doors have been placed in the housing, and removable hatches are also provided in the roof of the housing (at different heights). Because a construction beam runs over the machine and the different heights of the press machine, the casing has been given a special shape, completely according to the wishes of the customer.
