Damping of sludge dryers
As a result of a noise study, our expertise was called upon for damping noise produced by 2 sludge centrifuges in a water processing company in Deurne. In this project, in consultation with the customer, we opted for AL-G/C splitter silencers.

- Material : Housing made of stainless steel 316, thickness 1.5 mm.
- Splitters: Frame of 1 mm thick stainless steel 316, filled with high-quality mineral wool, non-flammable
- Mounting flange : Both sides with a stainless steel corner flange.
- Preservation : Pickled and passivated.
- Pressure loss : Approx. 35 Pa at an airflow of 3,000 m³/h.
- Weight : Approx. 60 kg/piece.
